The applicant and sponsor for the visa application went to EGTN VAC voluntarily and sought the company's assistance.
EGTN VAC shall ask for and obtain the applicant's essential and personal information for the visa application. The Applicant and sponsor will voluntarily provide these.
The applicant and the sponsor agreed that only the applicant, not the sponsor, is the direct point of contact for the application. VAC will only honor the applicant's decision and communication.
The legal mode of communication will be email, not SMS and verbal. To avoid misunderstandings, no SMS or verbal shall be recognized. Verbal communication is allowed for clarification, but final written communication should follow to document any discussion. Language can be Tagalog, Filipino, or English.
Data Privacy must be in place for all records and communication at all times by the Data Privacy Act.
All documents submitted through VAC for the visa application - digital or hard copy, except passports, become the embassy's property. No digital requirements can be returned; returning hard copies is subject to the embassy's discretion. We are a facilitating office that acts and represents the applicant and shall only follow the embassy's instructions.
Furthermore, the turnaround time for any queries is 3-5 working days from Monday through Friday, 9-4 PM, excluding weekends and holidays.
Visa application processing is bound to the country's Immigration terms and conditions where the application is lodged.
Proper communication and updates shall be provided to the applicant at the scheduled time. No follow-up is allowed by any embassy or immigration within the 30-day processing time for the tourist visa and 180 days processing time for settlement/spouse, family reunification, and international passport application. Other services also have their time frames. Follow-up can only be done beyond the stated time frame.
Biometric Center and logistic company partners who receive visa applications, such as VFS, BLS, TLS CVAC, KVAC, etc., also have their terms and conditions for accepting your application.
We are a third-party private company that has provided visa application and documentation assistance for 27 years. We are not affiliated with any embassies, visa logistic companies, travel agencies, or government offices.

Any payment for services charges is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation, withdrawal, change of mind, or death of the applicant or sponsor.

Visa, Biometric, Appointment, logistics, and center fees can be refundable if the application has not yet been lodged. The refund process takes 15-30 working days.
For Travel Insurance Refunds
The insurance provider also has its terms and conditions. All insurance purchased from us can be refunded only on refused applications. A refund can be granted if a report of cancellation is within seven (7) working days after the application refusal. Written notice with a copy of the refusal letter should be emailed to refunds@visassistancenter.com with the complete contact details of the applicant. An email will be sent to the applicant upon processing your request, and another email will be provided regarding the status of your request. An incremental charge of 40% will be deducted from the total amount paid. The refund processing time will be 15-30 working days after the request approval.
